Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place your unworn footwear in its original Clarks shoebox and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
